Q. Why do you charge a fee for credit card transactions?
A. We understand that additional fees can be frustrating and we want to be transparent about why they are necessary. FareHarbor, the platform we use for bookings, has recently implemented an additional 6% fee on top of their original 3% credit card fee and is charged directly to customers for credit card transactions. Unfortunately, this decision was made by Fareharbor, and we have to comply with their policies. The fee is automatically added to the transaction. We appreciate your understanding and continued support. There is a credit card processing fee of 9% added to balance of the transaction automatically.
